Online Cooking Class for ALS

Join Italian Chef Deborah Dal Fovo for her special online cooking class, “Valentine’s Day Tiramisù x 2” — a live-streamed cooking class from her kitchen to yours — and learn to make not one, but two flavors of Tiramisù! All proceeds from this class will go to I AM ALS, a patient-led organization that provides critical support and resources to those living with ALS, caregivers and loved ones.

Tiramisù is the most celebrated Italian dessert in the world. The name means “pick me up” in Italian, and this exquisite dessert—with layers of delicate ladyfinger cookies and silky mascarpone cream—is the perfect way to show your love. During this class, Chef Deborah will show you how to make classic coffee tiramisù and a springtime strawberry tiramisù that are both divine. Surprise someone you love with your homemade tiramisù, or better yet, take the class together! 

When you sign up, you’ll receive an ingredient list to cook along with Chef Deborah or just watch and make the desserts later using her recipes. Class cost includes lesson, recipe, and link to video of the class afterward. 

Even if you can’t attend the LIVE event, you will receive a link to the recording of the class to watch at your leisure and recipes for both Tiramisù.

Classes take place on Zoom and link is provided once you register.
