ALS at all ages

EverythingALS is honored to announce our future guest; Leah Stavenhagen, Sunny Brous and Macey Hoaglund, who all have something in common – they were diagnosed with ALS in their late 20’s. They part of Her ALS Story, which is a group of women all diagnosed with ALS before their 35th birthdays.

Her ALS Story provides a place for young women with ALS to not feel alone, and they raise money for research and their advocacy efforts include working with female lawmakers to improve insurance standards, legislation, and to speed up the drug pipeline. They have all been big advocated for ALS and helping others navigate through this lonely and devastating disease.
