Go On, Be Brave is the story of Andrea Lytle Peet’s race against time and an attempt at the impossible: to be the first person with ALS to complete a marathon in all 50 states.
When Andrea was diagnosed with ALS at age 33, she decided to do one final race before her body failed her. That experience became the spark that convinced her she could inspire others to appreciate what their bodies could do. She dedicated her remaining time to raising money for ALS research.
Then a strange thing happened – she didn’t die. She kept racing on her little green trike, working up to a marathon. Then another. But what began as one woman’s quest towards 50 marathons evolves into a story of community, love, hope, and implores us all to ask the question, ‘what does it mean to truly live?’ You can watch the trailer of this incredible film here: Watch the trailer. |
