Let’s Talk About It-November

In a few weeks, the world will be in the middle of the season of gratitude, joy and peace. As we enter the season of shopping, cooking and caroling, where does amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) fit in?  

Even during the holidays, individuals and families living with and/or impacted by ALS are forced to deal with harsh realities-rapid decline, tired caregivers, and overburdened finances. How does one find joy in the holiday season despite these challenges? How does a caregiver make the holidays inclusive?

These questions and more will be discussed during the Many Shades of ALS team’s next installment of their Let’s Talk About It series. Join them for an open conversation about how people living with and/or impacted by ALS navigate the holidays on November 6, 2023 from 6pm-7:15pm ET.
