San Francisco and Surrounding Areas Weekly Online Huddle with Taheerah Mindfulness, Connection and Perspective Weekly Huddle. This support group is designed for people living with ALS who are on my caseload as a means to check-in for care management services. We use this virtual platform to check-in weekly for care management services while using mindfulness, connection, and perspective as a framework to consider our thoughts and
feelings for individual support.
