The traditional annual Tri-State Trek is a fully supported, 3-day, 270-mile route from Boston to Greenwich. It’s designed to offer cyclists an unforgettable weekend of athleticism, camaraderie, and dedication to ending ALS.
The ride to end ALS.
The Tri-State Trek is a 270-mile fully supported bike ride from Boston, MA to Greenwich, CT. Its mission is to raise funds for ALS research at the
ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI). As the Drug Discovery Engine for ALS, we will continue to discover and invent drugs until there are treatments for everyone with ALS.
Every summer the bike ride provides a way for hundreds of riders and volunteers from across the United States to take back some control from a horrible disease. We fundraise, connect with our Trek family, celebrate life, remember those we’ve lost, and support ALS TDI’s mission to discover treatments and cures for ALS.
